Aqua Management combines the latest in smart irrigation technology and cutting edge service.

1. “Aqua Control”.  Our irrigation controllers  utilize ET data (evapotranspiration).This is a fancy way of saying our controllers give a landscape and its plants the exact amount of water they need. Not too much, not too little.  The controller computes 26 factors each day to determine the proper amount of water.  Rain, wind, humidity, solar radiation, barometric pressure, etc. are all calculated to help you save water while maintaining a lush and green landscape.
2. Real Time Weather Data.  Micro Climate Management.In some situations, a property will benefit by Aqua Management/VAR (Value-Added Reseller) installing an on-site weather station.  This allows us to capture and utilize the weather that is happening today at your location.  We have all seen it rain on one side of the street and not the other, or a sudden wind gust come through a specific location.  By combining ET data and Real Time Weather data, our controllers (Aqua Control) continually self adjust the watering times throughout the day.  Each of these incremental changes to the watering schedule, a minute here, a minute there, add up each month to provide a tremendous water savings.  It may not look like a lot to you in terms of minutes, but you will see a HUGE difference in your monthly water bills.
3. VARs (Value-Added Resellers). By giving the landscape maintenance company the most advanced and easy to use tool in the industry, they are able to fine tune the irrigation system.  The VAR has the best understanding of your landscape because he is the one on the property daily, weekly, monthly.  Other systems are far too complex, require expensive software, custom computers, have hidden fees such as radio/telephone communication, etc.  The complexities of all of these other systems make it difficult for a maintenance company to manage.  Aqua Management has designed our controllers for ease of use for the VAR to help your property maximize its savings.
